Work Tasks in CAM and CNC – Production & Programming
• Programming CNC machines using CAM systems based on provided drawings and process documentation
• Setup, adjustment, and monitoring of CNC machines for qualified manufacturing
• Continuous quality control and measurement of produced parts according to applicable norms and standards
• Ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of machine equipment and peripheral equipment
• Group collaboration to optimize production flow and contribute to continuous improvements
• Contributing to a safe, inclusive, and positive work environment focused on development
Requirements and Qualifications – CNC Operator and CAM Programming
• Experience working as a CNC operator, preferably with a focus on CAM programming
• Good drawing reading skills and experience working with instructions in an industrial environment
• Experience in setting up and programming CNC machines (e.g., lathe/milling) with modern control systems
• Familiarity with and understanding of CAM systems for programming and production
• Understanding of quality requirements and workplace regulations in production
• Class B driver's license
• Good Swedish language skills, both verbal and written
Additional merit if you have experience with automated production lines, Lean work, or previous responsibility for machine maintenance. Experience with CAD is also a plus.
