CAM Operator

As a CAM Programmer, you will: • Follow the product from start to finish, in collaboration with engineering and manufacturing. • Evaluate and optimize processes to achieve the highest quality. • Perform reading of drawings, specifically mechanical and manufacturing drawings. • Work with CAD/CAM software such as Autodesk Inventor and Mastercam. • Participate in project work and continuously contribute to our improvement efforts. • Carry out NC preparations and validation of NC data. • Create quality documents and production materials according to customer requirements. • Participate in the development of our technical expertise and system support. • Ensure the quality of our processes and products. You will also serve as an important support function for production, where you will provide technical solutions and help improve and implement new processes and technologies. We are looking for someone who: • Has experience in CAM programming and NC preparation. • Has a technical education and a strong interest in development. • Is self-driven and solution-oriented, with a habit of pushing work forward according to set timelines. • Has knowledge of Monitor, Mastercam, Inventor, and cutting technology. • Has experience in quality assurance of components and processes through FMEA and PPAP (preferable). • Can express themselves clearly in both spoken and written Swedish and English. • Is curious and eager to continuously develop both professionally and personally. • Has a strong desire to contribute to a growing company and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
