About the Role

Oniverse, formerly known as Calzedonia Group, is an Italian fashion group specializing in swimwear, tights, underwear, and cashmere garments. Since 1986 in Italy, we have built a global network of over 5,000 stores in more than 50 countries. In Sweden, we opened our first store in 2013 and currently operate a total of 31 stores under the brands Calzedonia, Intimissimi, and Falconeri. You can find us in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Uppsala, Helsingborg, and Jönköping. We are looking for someone who wants to take on a new challenge, build a career in retail, and become part of our team!

Responsibilities

What you will do as a Sales Assistant:

As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in the team and contribute to creating unique customer experiences with top-notch service. You will build and maintain customer loyalty by acting as a trustworthy and engaged salesperson. Part of your responsibility will be driving sales and being challenged to work towards daily goals and KPIs. You will also manage deliveries, work with merchandising, and ensure the store reflects the Calzedonia spirit.

Requirements

• You are outgoing, positive, goal-oriented, and love meeting new people.
• You have a passion for service, and exceeding customer expectations is a given for you.
• You are curious and strive to become a strong and trustworthy salesperson.
• Fashion is your thing, and you enjoy our brands.
• You are flexible and can work part-time (20 hours) both weekdays and weekends in our store at Triangeln!
• Previous experience in the retail industry is a plus.
