CALZEDONIA is looking for a Sales Assistant for Mall of Scandinavia!

About the Role

Oniverse, formerly known as Calzedonia Group, is an Italian fashion corporation specializing in swimwear, tights, underwear, and cashmere garments. Since 1986 in Italy, we have built a global network of more than 5,000 stores in over 50 countries. In Sweden, we opened our first store in 2013 and currently have a total of 31 stores under Calzedonia, Intimissimi, and Falconeri. You can find us in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Uppsala, Helsingborg, and Jönköping. We are looking for someone who is ready to take on a new challenge, build a career in retail, and become part of our team!

Responsibilities

As a Sales Assistant, you will be an integral part of the team, contributing to creating unique customer experiences with top-notch service. You will build and maintain customer loyalty by acting as a trustworthy and engaged salesperson. Part of your responsibility will be to drive sales and be challenged by working towards daily goals and KPIs. You will also handle deliveries, work with merchandising, and ensure the store embodies the Calzedonia spirit.

Requirements

• You are forward-thinking, positive, goal-oriented, and love meeting new people.
• You have a passion for service, and exceeding customer expectations is a given for you.
• You are curious and eager to become a strong and trustworthy salesperson.
• Fashion is your passion, and you appreciate our brands.
• You are flexible and can work part-time (15 hours) on weekdays and weekends in our store in Mall of Scandinavia!
• Previous experience in the retail industry is a plus.
