We are embarking on a new beginning for the café in the Kulturhuset Möbeln in Tierp and are now seeking an engaged employee for Culture & Leisure. Do you want to help create memorable experiences for our visitors? Then you might be the person we are looking for! We are looking for someone with at least two years of experience in the café or restaurant industry who thrives in an environment where service, quality, and interactions between people are the focus. Kulturhuset Möbeln is located right next to the train station in Tierp and serves as a natural gathering place for both local residents and visiting guests.
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
The café at Kulturhuset Möbeln will henceforth be operated by Culture and Leisure. Our vision is to build a meeting place for community, care, and joy. Therefore, we are looking for someone who wants to be involved from the start, be the face of the café, the heart of the operation, and the one who makes our guests feel seen and welcome.
You will play a central role in shaping and driving the operation. As part of our team, you will not only stand behind the counter but will also be an integral part of our activities. Perhaps you will organize a themed coffee event in connection with an exhibition, a soup lunch before a concert, or a cozy Advent coffee together with community organizations? The possibilities are many, and we believe you enjoy thinking innovatively about how the café can contribute to the whole.
In addition to this, your tasks will include standard café duties, such as serving and preparing simple meals, cash handling, orders and purchases, basic administration, as well as developing and driving ideas on how the café can contribute to the overall experience at Kulturhuset Möbeln.
Ongoing interviews will take place during the application period.
Start date: January 15, 2026, or by agreement.

- Relevant education is an advantage
- Can work both independently and in harmony with colleagues, both within the café and within Culture & Leisure as a whole.
