Who are we looking for?
We are currently seeking a café employee who, with joy and positivity, wants to work in a team where service spirit and teamwork are at the core. With enthusiasm, you will deliver outstanding service to all guests of the café and restaurant.
The role includes, among other things, preparation and serving of food and beverages, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and tidy workplace and café.
About Uni3 World of Food
We are primarily a lunch restaurant located in the office campus Uni3 by Geely in Lindholmen, Gothenburg.
Here, we serve lunch and snacks daily to the campus tenants as well as to external guests who visit us.
We also organize events such as after-work gatherings, conferences, and corporate parties.
Main working hours are daytime Monday to Friday. Evening and weekend shifts may occur.
Who are you?
• You are over 18 years old
• You find joy in actively working with upselling
• You have no problem working independently as well as in a team
• With your positivity, you take responsibility for maintaining a high level of service throughout the day
• Good service is important to you, where a smile and eye contact are a given
• You recognize your significance in ensuring guest satisfaction, are positive, resilient under stress, and have a knack for collaboration and communication
• You can take initiative and are flexible in your professional role
• You enjoy planning and structuring your work for efficiency
• You speak and write Swedish and English
• Previous experience in a café/restaurant is a plus
