At Corebon, you will be part of a close-knit team of around 35 people who are passionate about technology, innovation, and making a real difference together. **About the Role** As a CAD/CAM Developer with us, you will play a key role in further developing and streamlining Corebon's manufacturing processes. You will work at the intersection of design, production, and technology, focusing on creating smart, automated, and quality-assured processing flows. You will also be responsible for developing efficient and precise programs for CNC machining of components for Corebon's high-tech products. More specifically, you will work on: - Developing and optimizing CAD/CAM strategies for advanced CNC machining - Programming and preparing in CAM for CNC machines (milling, turning) - Creating and updating production documentation and materials - Designing and improving fixtures, tools, and machining methods - Creating and maintaining digital manufacturing documentation and materials - Contributing to the development of automated and standardized processes - Leading technical improvement projects within production, machine strategy, and CAD/CAM integration **About You** You have several years of experience in CAM preparation and a good understanding of cutting machining. You thrive in a workshop environment, enjoy solving problems, and have an interest in technology and development. You are meticulous, structured, and enjoy collaborating closely with colleagues in both technology and production. You have a background in CAD/CAM or production development and want to take the next step towards more advanced technology and process development. You combine technical depth with an understanding of the overall picture in a modern manufacturing environment. We are looking for someone who has: - Several years of experience in CAD/CAM and CNC machining - A very good understanding of cutting machining (milling and/or turning) - Experience with CAD/CAM tools such as Fusion 360, Mastercam, NX, or similar - A good understanding of reading drawings, tolerances, and measurement techniques - An interest in automation, digitalization, and production efficiency - Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written A personality and capacity test will be conducted for candidates who proceed in the process. **Additional Information** Start: By agreement Location: Malmö Scope: Full-time Working hours: Monday to Friday Salary: According to collective agreement Background checks will be conducted on candidates who proceed in the process.
