Dry Suction Truck Driver (Class C License)

Job Responsibilities As a Driver, you will be our face towards our customers, and we work according to the Sortera Way, which among other things means we always have high engagement with our customers and colleagues. Your primary focus will be driving dry suction trucks to customers, and once on-site, you'll solve the customer's challenges. These are primarily businesses such as construction companies and industries, but can also include private individuals needing our help. Sometimes you'll work at height or in confined spaces, which you must be able to handle. Your work environment may be dusty with potentially harmful gases, so we work with full or half masks when required. We are very concerned about your safety and work environment. We are looking for someone who: • Has a C-license • Is interested in a practical profession • Can work independently and in a team • Has good physical condition, as the work can be demanding • Speaks fluent Swedish verbally and in writing • Working hours can vary but are typically Monday to Friday 6:30-15:30 A good start requires thoughtful onboarding - we will provide: • Introduction to our different companies and services • Getting to know our various departments with experienced colleagues • Freedom with responsibility - we expect you to take responsibility for your tasks • An experienced colleague as a mentor • Amazing colleagues who enjoy working together After completed introduction, you will be based at our Södertälje department, reporting directly to our Site Manager Giga. In the team, you'll have many colleagues and will also collaborate with our Transport Managers stationed in Södertälje and Rosersberg.
