Dry Suction Truck Driver (Class C License)

Job Responsibilities As a Driver, you will be our face towards our customers, and we work according to the Sortera Way, which means having high engagement with our customers and colleagues. Your primary focus will be driving a dry suction truck to the customer, and once on-site, solving their challenges. This primarily involves businesses such as construction companies and industries, but can also include private individuals needing our help. Sometimes you'll work at heights or in tight spaces, which you'll need to be comfortable with. Your work environment may be dusty with potentially hazardous gases, so we use full and half masks when required. We are very concerned with your safety and work environment. We are seeking someone who: • Has a C-license • Is interested in a practical profession • Can work independently and in a team • Has good physical fitness, as the work can be demanding • Speaks fluent Swedish • Work hours typically Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM A great start requires thoughtful onboarding - we will provide: • Introduction to our various companies and services • Getting to know different departments with experienced colleagues • Freedom with responsibility - we expect you to take ownership of tasks • An experienced colleague as a mentor • Amazing colleagues who enjoy working together After completed introduction, you'll be based at our Rosersberg department, reporting directly to Site Manager Giga. In the team, you'll have many colleagues and collaborate with our Transport Managers stationed in Rosersberg and Södertälje.
