C-Driver for Sustainability-Focused Company in Linköping

About the Role: In this role, you will work driving flatbed/parcel trucks and collecting both hazardous and non-hazardous waste from customers in Östergötland. Your tasks will include handling sludge from households, street drains, and hazardous waste such as oil separators and waste oil. You will also perform various types of remediation, cleaning, and emptying and cleaning of oil separators and tanks. You will label packaging, ensure correct material handling, and have daily contact with transport planning and occasionally with customers. The work requires high quality and good service. You are responsible for maintaining vehicles and equipment and are expected to work environmentally friendly and cost-effectively while following laws and regulations for hazardous goods transport. Vehicle maintenance is a natural part of the assignment. In the long term, oil separator inspections may also become part of your duties. You will be based at the office in Linköping. Introduction: You will receive a comprehensive introduction where you work alongside an experienced colleague and learn routines and safety regulations.
