The position is a direct recruitment, meaning the recruitment process is conducted through Futuria People, but you will be employed directly by the client.
About the position
As a construction project manager, you will play a central role in driving projects from start to final delivery. Here, you will take your own initiatives, be responsible for the entire project's execution, and work closely with the site manager. The role suits you if you are humble, engaged, and thrive in a flexible environment where you manage calculations, finances, and administration yourself, as there are no separate departments for these areas.
Main responsibilities:
• Plan, lead, and follow up on multiple projects in various phases together with the site manager.
• Be responsible for budget, timeline, quality, as well as procurement of suppliers and subcontractors.
• Manage all aspects of the project – finance, calculations, and administration.
• Projects range from northern Stockholm to Uppsala.

We are looking for someone who:
• Has at least 2 years of experience as a construction project manager or 4 years of experience as a site manager/foreman in construction.
• Holds a university degree or vocational education in construction.
• Has experience in administrative areas such as finance, budgeting, procurement, purchasing, and scheduling.
• Is humble, engaged, and thrives in a flexible environment where you take your own initiatives and responsibility for the entire project.
