We are seeking someone who wants to work on construction projects in a stimulating and developing environment alongside engaged colleagues.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
You will lead, plan, and monitor construction projects throughout the entire process—from feasibility studies to handover. You are responsible for budgets, timelines, and quality across various projects. At the same time, you coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders in our projects. You ensure that projects are executed in accordance with laws, regulations, and EBAB's sustainability goals. With your previous experience, you will contribute to further developing work methods and processes within construction project management.
**Qualifications and Experience for Construction Project Management at EBAB**
You likely have a post-secondary education in construction, civil engineering, technology, or equivalent work experience. We expect you to have experience in leading or coordinating construction projects, preferably from both client and contractor perspectives, and have a solid understanding of relevant laws, contracts, and regulations in the construction industry. Previous experience working with MEPS or Wiksells is an advantage. Good digital competence and experience with digital project and planning tools. A valid driver's license (Class B) is required.
