Construction Site Manager with a Focus on Office Adaptation

About the Position We are currently seeking a Site Manager with experience in office adaptation for one of our clients in Stockholm; however, the workplace is located in Malmö. You will have overall responsibility for leading and executing the project from start to handover. The role involves managing the budget, timeline, personnel, and work environment, as well as coordinating and leading the project team of skilled workers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities - Project Management: Plan and lead the construction work to ensure it adheres to the budget and timeline. - Personnel Responsibility: Ensure a safe work environment and lead the staff working on the project. - Finance and Procurement: Manage the budget, purchasing, and risk management. - Coordination: Coordinate the project team and other stakeholders such as contractors and suppliers. Qualifications Education - Post-secondary: University/college degree (e.g., Master’s degree in Civil Engineering) or vocational training. Experience - Proven experience: Documented experience in leading similar projects with a budget around 10 million SEK. Skills and Attributes - Leadership and organizational skills - Attention to detail and customer focus - Knowledge of finance, legal matters, environmental and climate legislation, as well as construction technology - Valid driver's license (B) and access to a personal vehicle - Safe construction and other relevant training/certifications - Proficiency in Swedish and English, with a strong ability to express and understand construction-related terminology is essential, as the working language with the end client will be English.
