You support project management with your experience and expertise in constructability and production technology. The role spans all phases of the project, from planning and design to execution and completion. The work is team-oriented, and collaboration is a central aspect of the job with both internal colleagues and external parties. Being both results-oriented and relationship-focused is essential for success in this role. Your responsibilities include, among others: - Supporting projects with production technical expertise in various phases - Participating in design and preparation of procurement documents - Reviewing construction documents and documentation - Assisting in responding to notifications and additional work, including valuation and cost assessment - Contributing to calculations and financial follow-up - Monitoring contractors' progress, self-checks, diaries, and documentation - Providing feedback and improvement suggestions for future procurements - Leading smaller projects or parts of a project as needed In addition to a stimulating work environment and the opportunity to work on complex and challenging projects, we offer various forums for knowledge exchange, networking, and training to help you grow in your role. We are looking for someone who: - Has a post-secondary education with a focus on construction technology or has other training and experience that we consider equivalent - Has several years of relevant practical experience in the field as a construction manager, site supervisor, or site/work leader, or a similar role in civil engineering, road, or railway projects - Has current knowledge of AB/ABT, AMA, and technical descriptions within civil engineering, road, or railway projects - Has recent experience in construction site safety, quality, and environmental work within civil engineering, road, or railway projects - Has experience in various stages of construction projects from design to handover - Holds a valid driver's license for passenger vehicles - Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written It is advantageous if you: - Have experience working alongside an operations and maintenance organization - Have measurement technical competence and experience in quality assurance of measurement technical work in construction and civil engineering projects - Have expertise in steel and concrete structures and a good understanding of construction methods, material properties, and quality requirements in the field **Application** The questions you will need to answer when submitting your application will form the basis for our initial selection.
