Construction Manager

We are looking for a Construction Manager for Video Systems at the Swedish Transport Administration in Gothenburg. This is a consulting assignment. The position is full-time. The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which requires high flexibility and teamwork skills. **The Assignment** The role involves leading the construction, implementation, management, and development of the Transport Administration's video systems in the West and South regions, including facility monitoring cameras, incident management systems, and test and development environments. The Construction Manager represents the Transport Administration in contracts, initiates reinvestments, coordinates with contractors and other technical areas, and ensures documentation and technical follow-up of the facilities. **Responsibilities** - Lead and technically implement parallel video systems for new camera types. - Lead and technically implement new system solutions in the existing SVMX system and in relation to adjacent systems. - Lead and technically implement test and development environments. - Lead and technically implement the management of a separate incident management system. - Represent the Transport Administration during the execution of contracts as delegated. - Initiate reinvestments. - Prepare tender documentation as needed. - Participate in the project's communication activities and maintain good relationships with various stakeholders. - Physically attend and follow up on work that affects the facilities. - Review technical documentation of the facilities. - Establish technical documentation of the facilities. - Coordinate and plan work together with contractors and other technical areas. - Continuously monitor, document, and evaluate the status of the facilities. **Requirements (Mandatory)** - Bachelor's degree in one of the fields (electrical, automation, computer technology, IT) or equivalent competence acquired in another way. - At least 2000 hours of experience in construction management of CCTV/ITV with high availability requirements, covering at least 1500 units. The work experience should not be older than 5 years. - Experience as a construction manager in development projects within an established and operational video management system. - Experience in administration, configuration, troubleshooting, installation, and upgrading of IT/OT systems covering at least 1500 hours. The work experience should not be older than 5 years. - Experience working with firewalls, switches, routers, and VLANs in IP-based networks. - Experience in assessing work efforts, time requirements, and costs for ordered work and services. - Good knowledge and experience of applicable directives and laws regarding cybersecurity. - Strong ability to communicate verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English. - Class B driver's license. - Completed the course "Computer-Assisted Information Security Training for Users, DISA" from MSB. **Meritorious** - At least 2 years of experience with SVMX for monitoring road traffic covering at least 1500 units and high availability requirements. **About Us** Centio's overarching goal is to be a consulting company that offers smart and sustainable solutions that positively develop society.
