Sätoftagruppen AB is a well-established construction company in Höör working on quality projects within construction and contracting. We are growing and are now seeking a meticulous, dedicated, and social Construction Administrator for our office in Höör.
Responsibilities
As a Construction Administrator, you will be a key team member. You will primarily:
• Manage material and service procurement for our projects
• Read and understand blueprints to ensure accurate orders
• Maintain contact with suppliers and customers to coordinate deliveries and respond to inquiries
• Support project managers with administration and documentation
• Attend inspections
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
• Has experience in construction or similar administrative role
• Can read blueprints and has a good understanding of construction processes
• Is structured, communicative, and solution-oriented
• Has good computer skills and preferably experience with administrative systems and Excel
• Speaks and writes fluent Swedish
• Has strong social skills
• Can work independently
