Kirunabostäder AB is a public housing company owned by Kiruna Municipality and a key actor in Kiruna's development. The company aims to strengthen and develop housing for all people in Kiruna Municipality.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
You will work in our property department for housing and premises, which consists of a property manager, neighborhood caretakers, property maintenance staff, and craftsmen. You will become a key team member representing the organization externally by being available to our tenants and contractors, and contributing to strengthening our service and brand.
Your main tasks will include:
• Coordinating the company's craftsmen group in daily operations
• Managing invoice processing
• Responsible for planning, implementation, and follow-up of construction and maintenance projects
• Managing selected technical systems, such as property management systems
• Maintaining good relationships with framework agreement contractors and suppliers
• Contributing to the development and optimization of work methods, routines, and processes
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who:
• Has experience in property-related work, preferably with a construction focus
• Is experienced in administrative work and likes taking responsibility
• Is practical-minded with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple parallel tasks
• Speaks Swedish fluently, other languages are a plus
• Holds a B driver's license
