ABOUT THE POSITION
You will become a key person in an expansive company driving development within biogas. Initially, you will be out in the field working closely with customers – troubleshooting, maintaining, and ensuring that gas engines and facilities operate at top level. You will broaden your technical skills in electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical areas while getting to know the business in depth. As the service organization grows, you will take on an increasingly coordinating role. You will support and guide technicians, develop routines and working methods, and contribute to building an efficient, customer-near, and future-proof service function. Here, you will work both practically and strategically. We are therefore seeking someone who thrives in a role where you can take responsibility, think innovatively, and build structure. You have a natural sense for service and communication, and you enjoy working both independently and collaboratively.
The role can be structured as a consulting assignment or direct recruitment – the arrangement will be adapted to the situation. You will be based in Linköping, but travel within the country with overnight stays may occur. Of course, you will have access to a service vehicle for work.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Have practical work experience in electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical fields
- Have good Swedish and English skills in speech and writing as the role requires
- Hold a B driver's license
It is meritorious if you have
- Knowledge in automation, PLC programming, or machine programming
