About the Position
Our client Part Construction is seeking a design engineer. Your primary task will be creating and developing design drawings for their prefabricated bathrooms. You will work closely with the sales team, providing technical solutions and ensuring customer needs are met.

Job Responsibilities:
• Create and develop bathroom design drawings
• Support the sales team with technical expertise and propose customer solutions
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative team
• Follow standardized work processes and contribute to workflow optimization
• Manage customer projects from quotation stage to production start
• Communicate with the production team to ensure smooth implementation
We Are Seeking Candidates Who:
• Have design experience
• Are proficient in CAD and can work efficiently with drawings
• Are social, solution-oriented, and comfortable communicating with customers
• Are independent but also thrive in a team and aren't afraid to ask questions
• Have a technical education, such as mechanical engineering (preferred but not required)
• Can quickly adapt to and follow standardized work processes
• Enjoy working at a high pace and can manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Have strong problem-solving skills and can take initiative to find the best solution
