About the Role At our office in Halmstad, a creative team of approximately 30 people works together. As a junior AI developer, you'll have the chance to grow, learn, and experiment alongside experienced colleagues. You'll work closely with a colleague in Halmstad and collaborate with our team in Serbia, who daily interpret and structure safety data sheets - together, you'll build technology that simplifies reality for our customers. In this role, you'll work hands-on with Python, data management, and text analysis, while exploring machine learning and document comprehension. You'll get to test ideas, see direct results, and help shape how our AI service develops. Example Tasks: • Develop and improve the AI service for interpreting safety data sheets • Write, test, and experiment with Python code • Enhance how the AI model interprets and structures information • Collaborate with colleagues in Serbia to understand user needs • Explore new technical solutions and contribute to improvements in our tools Your Profile We're seeking a colleague who likes to try new things, share ideas, and contribute to great team dynamics! You need a strong interest in AI and be able to share various projects you've completed. You're a problem solver who sees opportunities and solutions instead of obstacles.
