About this role
Hofors Health Center provides standard primary care. We have doctors, child healthcare center (BVC), district nurse and nursing receptions, nursing assistant reception and sample collection, psychosocial team, occupational therapist, physiotherapists, rehabilitation coordinators, and medical secretaries. The premises also include a maternity care center. We are approximately 40 employees in our unit and we have regular professional group meetings. We work to make good care even better and focus on what is valuable to patients; from medical quality to good opening hours and excellent patient care. Our health center will provide secure care when someone needs it and works according to our key words Always-Close-Secure.
WORK TASKS
Child healthcare's mission is regulated via the National Handbook, healthcare choice handbook, and child healthcare guidelines. Work at the child healthcare center involves independent work at BVC with vaccination reception, home visits, telephone advice, and leading parent groups together with other actors at the health center.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who is flexible, responsible and solution-oriented with good collaboration skills and a good approach to patient interaction. Great importance is placed on personal qualities.
In the role of BVC nurse, you must
• Be a registered nurse with a specialist nurse degree as a district nurse including prescription rights, or a nurse specializing in pediatric and youth healthcare including prescription rights
• Hold a valid B driver's license
It is meritorious if you have knowledge and experience with child healthcare guidelines.
A satisfactory police background check must be presented before employment offer.
