About this role
Do you want to become part of a pleasant work group at Mama Mia Child Health Center? We are a wonderful, modern, and stable child health clinic. Our clinic is growing, and we are now seeking a new colleague who wants to help drive and develop our clinic together with us. Our clinic is located in central Malmö, but we work together with our sister clinic in Västra Hamnen.
Mama Mia stands for welcoming all families, including being at the forefront of LGBTQI+ issues.
Job Responsibilities:
We work on behalf of Region Skåne with the national child health program. You will work independently but always have colleagues nearby to collaborate and discuss with. The role of a child health nurse is varied, including vaccinations, home visits, medical consultations, developmental assessments, and most importantly, supporting parents during one of life's most important phases.
Qualifications:
You need to be a specialist nurse, either as a pediatric nurse or district nurse. Previous work at a child health center or with children is meritorious. Great emphasis is placed on personality, personal qualities, and commitment to child healthcare. For those working at a child health center, continuous training is offered to strengthen competence in child healthcare. We use PMO as our journal system and work with both physical and digital visits through our Mama Mia Hemma app. Understanding and being understood in Swedish and English is a requirement.
We Offer:
We are a modern clinic with many exciting projects underway. At our clinic, you will help shape and influence the workplace; we are all important and together we drive the business forward. You will become part of a dedicated team passionate about child healthcare.
We are a stable work group with good atmosphere, cooperation, continuity, high competence, and short decision-making paths.
There is an opportunity to focus on your specific interest within child healthcare!
We are a workplace that offers both independent work and team spirit.
Employment and Application:
We are seeking someone for a 50% temporary position for 6 months with the possibility of increased work hours and extension. Start date: January 2026.
Mama Mia has a collective agreement.
Welcome to apply!
Applications are received on an ongoing basis.
