We are now seeking a District Nurse/Pediatric Nurse primarily to be placed at the Child Healthcare Center (BVC). The scope of the assignment will be adaptable based on the number of children enrolled at the BVC and depending on the overall staff situation. Currently, the need is for 80-100%. Our BVC currently has approximately 850-900 enrolled children. At the BVC, you will work with a varied workflow and are always open to developing and learning new things. You will work independently but with close collaboration and support from two other BVC nurses. Your Responsibilities Working at the BVC means working according to the child healthcare program, with the aim of promoting children's health, safety, and development. This involves collaborating with various professionals at the healthcare center and externally, such as BVC psychologists, speech therapists, social services, and municipality services. Monitoring children's health and development occurs through home visits, scheduled appointments, and team visits like doctor's consultations. We conduct parent groups and provide daily telephone consultations. Your Qualifications You are a licensed nurse with a specialist degree in district nursing or pediatric nursing, preferably with previous experience working at a healthcare center and/or BVC/family center. You need good planning skills, as much of your work will be self-directed and planned. You must also be easy to collaborate with and flexible. Great importance is placed on personal suitability.
