ABOUT THE POSITION As an employee at Ur&Penn, you will work with both service and craftsmanship. You will be involved in the sale of watches and jewelry, as well as performing simple watch repairs, such as battery replacements and resizing wristbands. We operate in a fast-paced environment with a focus on the customer! A significant part of the job entails driving daily sales through customer service and upselling. With us, you will also work with: - Cash management (sales, exchanges, returns). - Ear/nose piercing (training will be provided when you start with us). - Merchandising, restocking products, and switching campaigns. - Inventory management. The position is a permanent part-time role of 15 hours per week with a 6-month probation period, starting on November 17, 2025. There is a great opportunity to work up to 20 hours per week. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS Previous work experience in retail. A complete secondary education. Additional language skills beyond Swedish.
