Your Role
As a store sales associate at Lidl, you have a key role! You are the face of our customer interactions, and for you, the customer is always number one. You simply burn with passion for delivering excellent service every day. In this role, you'll work with varied tasks that are part of daily store operations.
This includes tasks such as:
• Unpacking all goods and ensuring shelves are well-stocked
• Ensuring product freshness and expiration dates
• Keeping the store clean and fresh
• Serving customers at the checkout
• And of course, you'll contribute, together with your colleagues, that extra touch to give our customers the best store experience!
Your Profile
We're looking for someone who wants to be part of a team that works together and wants to move forward. You can identify tasks that need to be done and are driven to work results-oriented and contribute to the store's success.
• We see it as positive if you have experience working in a service-oriented industry
• You are flexible with working hours and have a positive attitude towards changes
• You are 18 years or older and speak Swedish fluently in both speech and writing

Recruitment is done with ongoing selection, so we'd like you to submit your application as soon as possible. The position is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period of 20 hours per week. Since the store is open every day of the week, work will be according to a schedule including early morning, day, evening, and weekend shifts.
