Sales Associate - Trelleborg

ABOUT THE POSITION As an employee at Ur&Penn, you will work with both service and craftsmanship. You will be involved in the sale of watches and jewelry, as well as performing simple repairs on watches, such as battery changes and shortening straps. We maintain a fast-paced environment with a focus on the customer! A significant part of your responsibilities will be driving daily sales through customer service and upselling. You will also work with: - Cash handling (sales, exchanges, returns). - Ear/nose piercing (training will be provided when you start with us). - Merchandising, restocking items, and changing promotions. - Inventory management. This position is a permanent contract of 7 hours/week with a 6-month probation period, starting on November 24, 2025. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Previous work experience in retail. A completed upper secondary education. Additional language skills beyond Swedish.
