What does the role of Business Advisor/Store Sales Representative entail?
At its core, you will work as a store sales representative – an essential part of the daily operations in the store, providing our customers with world-class service and finding the best solutions based on their needs. However, in this role, you will also have clear responsibility for the store's business sales. This means you will be the primary contact for our business customers and actively work on both new sales and relationship-building with existing business clients. Together with your team and under the guidance of your Sales Manager, you are responsible for developing the store's operations within the business segment, concerning results, customer satisfaction, and ways of working.
