ABOUT THE POSITION As an employee at Ur&Penn, you will work with both service and craftsmanship. You will be involved in selling watches and jewelry, as well as performing simple watch repairs, such as battery changes and shortening watch bands. We maintain a fast-paced environment focused on the customer! A significant part of the job involves driving daily sales through customer service and upselling. In addition, you will also be responsible for: - Cash handling (sales, exchanges, returns). - Ear/nose piercing (training will be provided when you start with us). - Merchandising, replenishing stock, and changing promotions. - Inventory management. This position is a temporary role for 6 hours per week from December 1, 2025, to May 31, 2026. PREFERABLE QUALIFICATIONS - Previous work experience in retail. - A complete high school education. - Additional language skills beyond Swedish.
