Your Role
As a store assistant at Lidl, you play a key role! You are the face of our company to our customers, and for you, the customer is always number one. You are passionate about providing excellent service every day. In the role of store assistant, you will have a varied workload with all the different tasks that are part of the daily store operations.
This includes tasks such as:
• Unpacking all products and ensuring that the shelves are well stocked
• Ensuring freshness and expiration dates on products
• Keeping the store clean and fresh
• Serving customers at the checkout
• And of course, you and your colleagues contribute that little extra to give our customers the best shopping experience!
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a team that works together and is forward-thinking. You have the ability to identify tasks that need to be done and are motivated by working results-oriented and contributing to the store's success.
• We see it as a positive if you have experience working in a service-oriented industry
• You are flexible with your hours and have a positive attitude towards change
• You are at least 18 years old and fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
