Your Role

As a store associate at Lidl, you play a key role! You are the face of our business to our customers, and for you, the customer always comes first. You are passionate about providing great service every day. In the role of store associate, you will work variably with all the different tasks that are part of daily store operations.

This includes tasks such as:

• Unpacking all goods and ensuring that shelves are well-stocked
• Ensuring freshness and expiration dates on products
• Keeping the store clean and fresh
• Serving customers at the checkout
• And of course, you contribute, along with your colleagues, with that little extra to provide our customers with the best shopping experience!

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a team that works together and strives forward. You have the ability to identify tasks that need to be done, and you are driven to work result-oriented and contribute to the store's success.

• We view experience in a service-oriented industry as a positive
• You are flexible with your working hours and have a positive attitude towards changes
• You have turned 18 and are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

Recruitment will take place on a rolling basis, so we encourage you to submit your application as soon as possible. The position is a part-time role starting January 13, 2026. As the store is open every day of the week, the work will be scheduled, including early morning, day, evening, and weekend shifts.
