Part-time Sales Associate

As a store associate, you will work in a store that offers a wide range of products and services in construction, real estate, industry, as well as technical installations and protective equipment. As a store associate, you are the face of the store and responsible for providing customers with a positive shopping experience. You will actively engage in sales and customer service, ensuring that the store is clean and well-stocked. You will also handle product deliveries, inventory management, and perform other tasks that contribute to the store’s daily operations and goals. The work is scheduled for weekdays during the day. Responsibilities The responsibilities include: • Customer Service: Professionally and warmly greet customers. Assist with inquiries, recommendations, and handle complaints. • Sales: Actively engage in sales, inform customers about promotions, and ensure they find the right products. • Product Handling: Restock shelves, display products according to store guidelines, and maintain order in the store. • Cash Handling: Operate the cash register and manage returns and exchanges. • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store goals and create a pleasant work environment. Qualifications To excel in this position, we see that you: • Have an occupation of at least 50%, such as being a retiree, student, or engaged in other work. • Have a valid driver’s license and access to your own car for easy commuting to various store locations. • Previous experience in customer service and sales is a plus, but not a requirement. • Speak fluent Swedish, both spoken and written. • Possess good communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.
