About the Position
Employment Type: Permanent full-time position, probationary period applies.
Start Date: December 1, 2025, or by agreement.
Work Hours: Early morning, late evening, and weekend shifts are a natural part of the job.
We welcome applicants of all ages, but due to the Work Environment Act, you must be 18 years old to work in the bakery department.
You'll Put the Finishing Touch on Customer Experience
You have the chance to make a significant impact on our customers' visits, so you have an important mission to make the customer experience smooth and pleasant. This might mean a friendly smile, an unexpected question, or a helpful attitude, ensuring the customer finds what they need in the store. Your goal is to ensure the customer leaves satisfied - preferably with an extra item in their bag and a good feeling!
What Will You Do?
Every day brings new encounters and challenges, but some of your main tasks include:
• Ensuring customers leave the store with a smile (and maybe an extra item or new inspiration).
• Working with baking and production of everything from sourdough bread to princess cakes.
• Handling customer orders, restocking, and creating a pleasant store environment with order and cleanliness.
• Contributing to offering customers a fresh and inspiring bakery department.
• Collaborating with colleagues throughout the store – we're a team and help where needed!
Who Are You?
You're a natural problem-solver who enjoys a dynamic environment. A friendly hello and an extra helping hand are second nature to you. Have a passion for baking? Great! Previous bakery/pastry experience is even better!
We believe you:
• Have a high school education and are fluent in Swedish. Since our customers speak multiple languages, it's fantastic if you do too.
• Have previous experience/education in bakery or pastry (a plus).
• Love meeting customers and believe service should be genuine and engaging.
• Enjoy working together and bring energy and joy.
• Are curious, solution-oriented, recognize when something needs to be done, and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves to get it done!
