About the Job
Position: Temporary position of 28 hours per week until 2026-03-01
Start Date: 2025-11-24 or by agreement.
Work Hours: Early morning, late evening, and weekend shifts are a natural part of the work.
We welcome applicants of all ages, but due to the Work Environment Act, you need to be 18 years old to work in the bakery department.
You'll Put the Finishing Touch on Customer Experience
You have the chance to make a big impact on our customers' visits, so your important mission is to make the customer experience smooth and pleasant. This might involve a friendly smile, an unexpected question, or a helpful attitude to ensure the customer finds what they need in the store. You should make sure the customer leaves satisfied - ideally with an extra item in their bag and a good feeling!
What Will You Do?
Every day brings new encounters and challenges, but some of your main tasks are:
• Ensure customers leave the store with a smile (and maybe an extra item or new inspiration).
• Work with baking and preparation of everything from sourdough bread to princess cakes.
• Handle customer orders, restock products, and create a pleasant store environment with order and cleanliness.
• Contribute to offering customers a fresh and inspiring bakery department.
• Collaborate with colleagues throughout the store – we're a team and help where needed!
Who Are You?
You're a natural problem-solver who enjoys a dynamic environment. A friendly hello and an extra helping hand are a given for you. Do you have a big interest in baking? Great! If you have previous experience from a bakery/pastry shop – even better!
We believe you:
• Have a high school education and speak Swedish fluently. Since our customers speak multiple languages, it's fantastic if you do too.
• Have previous experience/education in bakery or pastry – this is meritorious.
• Love meeting customers and believe service should be genuine and engaged.
• Enjoy doing things together and contribute energy and joy.
• Are curious, solution-oriented, recognize when something needs to be done, and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves to get it done!
