Sales Associate

Webhallen is currently seeking sales associates for our stores in the Stockholm area! The position is part-time, with the possibility of additional hours as needed. (This is a fixed-term position ending in January 2026, with a strong possibility for extension.) As part of our store team, you will play a vital role as the direct contact between the store, the company, and our customers. It is you and your colleagues who will provide them with the best possible service experience and represent the company outwardly. You are accustomed to and thrive in working purposefully, finding equal stimulation in delivering excellent service and achieving the team’s sales goals. Responsibilities: • Sales on the floor and over the counter, including product insurance and phone subscriptions. • Delivery of top-notch service and product recommendations. • You are responsible for maintaining an appealing store environment - ensuring that we have the right assortment displayed, price tags visible, and proper product placement on shelves and the floor. • Some inventory management, order receipt, and stocktaking as needed. We are looking for someone who: • Has previous sales experience, either in retail or direct customer interaction. • Has a strong passion for service. • Is interested in technology and comfortable providing technical advice to our customers. • Communicates easily and remains calm even in more stressful situations. • Is a team player who values collaboration among colleagues. • Is structured and organized. • Possesses good communication skills in both English and Swedish. • Is entrepreneurial and curious to understand our customer journey and customer behavior. • Shares Webhallen's values and their meaning: • Care (Respectful, Considerate, Responsible, Attentive, Sustainability-conscious) • Play (Creative, Curious, Inclusive, Collaborative, Optimistic) • Passion (Engaged, Results-oriented, Driven, Courageous, and acts as an ambassador) • A love for gaming culture and technology is a plus, enjoying gaming, board games, or puzzles.
