In Sweden, we have 26 exchange offices and around 100 employees, but we are growing rapidly and are now looking for someone who wants to join us on our exciting journey. We at ChangeGroup Sweden are now seeking a part-time Sales Associate for our office in Skärholmen. Start date to be agreed upon.

The role of a Sales Associate at ChangeGroup involves an engaging daily routine where no two days are alike. As an employee at one or more of our offices, you will actively work alongside your team, characterized by joy, collaboration, and business acumen – always with a high-quality customer focus.
Your responsibilities will vary but will primarily include:
• Working at the cash line to facilitate our core services: buying and selling currency
• Processing international payments via Western Union's payment system
• Handling bill payments/account deposits
• Ongoing work against money laundering and training in applicable regulations and procedures
• Managing administrative tasks to support and follow up on our sales
• Participating in sales activities and marketing projects
We are looking for someone with the following qualities:
• You love active customer interactions and constantly strive to exceed customer expectations
• You are a driven and solution-oriented person who is passionate about sales, managing different customer profiles, and working towards set goals
• You are results-driven and service-oriented, and like your colleagues, you always want to deliver the best possible service for maximum profitability
• A flexible team member who can work at several of our offices as needed
• You are responsible and detail-oriented, completing your tasks with great accuracy and on time according to deadlines
• You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with others
• Some computer skills, primarily in Microsoft Office
• You have a minimum of a high school diploma and have worked or are currently working in sales activities
• Fluency in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is a prerequisite for the position, as the corporate language is English. Additional language skills are a plus.
