We are looking for someone who is passionate about sales, service-oriented, and has a drive to learn. Knowledge of car spare parts is an advantage. As a store salesperson, you will work with both private customers and workshop clients to independently and successfully sell our products. You want to work closely with customers, engage in meetings, and have the willingness to go the extra mile to create long-term customer relationships. Main Responsibilities - Sales to both workshop customers and private customers on weekdays and weekends - Serving our workshop customers via phone and delivering products according to the workshop customer's order - Keeping the store organized and fronting products - Assisting customers with simple assembly - Actively working on upselling during customer visits - Selling consumables and product ranges to workshops and managing any restocking - Ensuring that returns from customers are brought back to the store and processed correctly We are looking for someone who has - Work experience from a similar industry - Completed high school education or equivalent, preferably with a focus on automotive technology - Experience and skills from previous work in a workshop are highly advantageous - Interest in vehicles - Engaged, responsible, and service-minded - Positive attitude and solution-oriented - Ability to communicate in both spoken and written Swedish - Computer proficiency - A valid driver's license (B) OTHER Scope: 100% Employment type: Permanent, with a 6-month probationary period Salary: Salary set according to collective agreement Start: As agreed Location: Växjö If this sounds interesting, we warmly welcome your application.
