Your Role
As a store associate at Lidl, you play a key role! You are the face of our company to our customers, and for you, the customer is always number one. You are passionate about providing great service every day. In the role of store associate, you will work variably with all the different tasks that are part of the daily store operations. This includes tasks such as:
• Unpacking all goods and ensuring that the shelves are well-stocked
• Ensuring freshness and expiration dates on products
• Keeping the store clean and fresh
• Serving customers at the checkout
• And of course, you contribute, together with your colleagues, the extra effort to provide our customers with the best shopping experience!
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a team that works together and is forward-thinking. You have the ability to identify tasks that need to be done, and you are driven by working result-oriented and contributing to the store's success.
• We see it as a positive if you have experience working in a service-oriented industry
• You are flexible with working hours and have a positive attitude towards changes
• You are at least 18 years old and fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
