ABOUT THE POSITION As an employee at Ur&Penn, you will work with both service and craftsmanship. You will be involved in the sales of watches and jewelry, as well as performing simple watch repairs, such as battery replacements and shortening bracelets. We operate at a fast pace with a focus on the customer! A significant part of your responsibilities will be driving daily sales through customer service and upselling. You will also work with: • Cash handling (sales, exchanges, returns). • Ear/nose piercing (training will be provided upon starting with us). • Merchandising, restocking products, and changing promotions. • Inventory management. This is a permanent position of 6 hours per week with a 6-month probationary period, starting on December 8, 2025. PREFERABLE QUALIFICATIONS • Previous work experience in retail. • A completed upper secondary education. • Additional language skills beyond Swedish.
