Part-Time Retail Sales Associate - Paint Specialty Store

We place great importance on your personal qualities. Assignment: You will join Mal Proff during an exciting expansion phase. You will have a varied and developmental role working with sales and product advice in the store. You will also handle customer deliveries, cashier services, goods receiving, color mixing, returns, and complaint management. In this role, you will have primary responsibility for product deliveries to our customers while assisting in the store with sales and customer service. Qualifications: We are looking for someone passionate about excellent customer experiences and motivated by sales and results. Preferably, you have experience in B2B customer management and similar product segments. You are an engaged, cheerful, and positive person who puts the customer at the center and focuses strongly on providing good advice and driving sales. A driver's license (B-class) is required as the role includes customer deliveries. We prefer candidates with previous retail experience. It doesn't need to be in paint retail, as we will provide necessary training. Previous experience in the painting industry is also advantageous. Employment: The position is 50% with the possibility of full-time during vacation periods. You will work from our store in Norrköping.
