We are now seeking a new team member to work on-call in our Stora Coop Torp store. We want someone with great initiative and positive energy that is contagious, who sees customer needs and delivers the industry's best customer service with pride and joy.
As a person, you are creative and enjoy proposing ideas, and you work well in teams. You have an eye for detail and the commitment to create a welcoming, sales-driven, and inspiring store. You are driven by challenges, see opportunities, and have a desire to continuously develop and improve both the business and yourself.
You will work on all tasks commonly found in a store, such as:
- Working at the cash register
- Restocking shelves and facing products
- Building displays on sales floors and end caps
- Managing physical inventory and waste
- Conducting self-inspections
- Keeping the store clean and tidy
Together with your colleagues, you will be the face of the store, and for you, the customer is number one. You easily create long-term customer relationships and have the ability to inspire purchasing joy. You enjoy being on the move and working physically. Working in a store offers varied work in occasionally high-paced environments, and it's important that you feel comfortable handling stressful situations.
Previous experience in grocery retail is highly advantageous, but personal suitability is equally important to us at Coop.
This is an on-call position. Recruitment is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Work hours are during the day, evening, and weekends.

Requirements:
- Excellent Swedish in speech and writing
- 18 years or older to work independently at the cash register
- Experience and competence in retail and/or other service industries is advantageous
- Previous cash register experience is advantageous
