We are now seeking a new team member to work as needed in our Coop Knäred store. We want someone with great initiative and positive energy who can recognize customer needs and deliver the industry's best customer service with pride and joy.
As a person, you are creative and enjoy proposing ideas, and you work well in teams. You have an eye for detail and the commitment to create a welcoming, sales-oriented, and inspiring store. You are driven by challenges, see opportunities, and have a desire to continuously develop and improve both the business and yourself.
You will work on all typical store tasks, including:
- Working the cash register
- Restocking shelves and fronting products
- Building displays on sales areas and end caps
- Managing physical inventory and waste
- Conducting self-inspections
- Maintaining store cleanliness and organization
Together with your colleagues, you'll be the face of the store, and for you, the customer is always number one. You easily create long-term customer relationships and have the ability to inspire purchasing joy. You enjoy being on the move and working physically. Working in a store offers varied work with occasionally high tempo, and it's important that you feel comfortable handling stressful situations.
Previous experience in grocery retail is highly advantageous, but personal suitability is equally important to us at Coop.
This is a part-time position of 5 hours/week. Recruitment is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Work hours will be during the day, evening, and weekends.
Requirements:
- Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
- 18 years or older to work independently at the cash register
- Experience in retail and/or service industries is preferred
- Previous cash register experience is a plus
