Work Hours: Early morning, late evening, and weekend shifts are a natural part of the job
You'll Add the Final Touch to Customer Experience
You have the chance to make a significant impact on our customers' visits, so your important mission is to make the customer experience smooth and pleasant. This might involve a friendly smile, an unexpected question, or a helpful attitude to ensure the customer finds what they need in the store. You'll make sure the customer leaves satisfied - ideally with an extra item in their bag and a good feeling!
What Will You Do?
Each day brings new encounters and challenges, but some of your main tasks include:
• Ensuring customers leave the store with a smile (and perhaps an extra item or new inspiration)
• Restocking products and creating a pleasant, organized store environment
• Working at the checkout and self-scanning, including service tasks
• Collaborating with colleagues throughout the store – we're a team and help where needed!
Who Are You?
You're a natural problem-solver who enjoys a dynamic environment. A friendly hello and an extra helping hand are second nature to you. Have a great interest in food and selling products? Fantastic! Previous retail experience? Even better!
We believe you:
• Have a high school education and speak Swedish fluently. Since our customers speak multiple languages, it's great if you do too
• Love meeting customers and believe service should be genuine and engaging
• Enjoy working together and bring energy and joy
• Are curious, solution-oriented, and recognize when something needs to be done without hesitation
