Working hours: Early mornings, late evenings, and weekends are a natural part of the job.
You put the finishing touch on the customer experience
You have the chance to make a significant impact on our customers' visits, so you have an important role in making the customer experience smooth and pleasant. This may involve a friendly smile, an unexpected question, or a helpful attitude to guide the customer in the store. You will ensure that the customer leaves satisfied – ideally with an extra item in their bag and a good feeling!
What will you do?
Every day brings new encounters and challenges, but some of your main tasks will include:
• Ensuring that customers leave the store with a smile (and perhaps an extra item or new inspiration)
• Working with restocking and creating a pleasant store environment with order and tidiness
• Working at the checkout and self-scanning, including service-related tasks
• Collaborating with colleagues throughout the store – we are a team and help out wherever needed!
Who are you?
You are a natural problem solver who enjoys a fast-paced environment. A friendly hello and an extra helping hand are second nature to you. Do you have a strong interest in food and selling products? Great! If you have previous retail experience – even better!
We believe that you:
• Have a high school diploma and are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. Since our customers speak multiple languages, it’s fantastic if you do too.
• Love meeting customers and believe that service should be genuine and engaging
• Enjoy working together and contribute energy and joy
• Are curious, solution-oriented, and see when something needs to be done, not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get it done!
