Position: Temporary employment of 5 hours per week.
Start Date: 2025-11-07 or by agreement.
Work Hours: Early morning, late evening, and weekends are a natural part of the work.
You'll Put the Finishing Touch on Customer Experience
You have the chance to make a big impact on our customers' visits, so you have an important mission to make the customer experience smooth and pleasant. This could mean a friendly smile, an unexpected question, or a helpful attitude to help the customer find their way in the store. You should ensure the customer leaves satisfied - preferably with an extra item in their bag and a good feeling!
What Will You Do?
Every day brings new encounters and challenges, but some of your main tasks are:
• Ensure customers leave the store with a smile (and maybe an extra item or new inspiration)
• Work on product restocking and create a pleasant store environment with order and cleanliness
• Work at the checkout and self-scanning, including service matters
• Collaborate with colleagues throughout the store – we are a team and help where needed!
Who Are You?
You are a natural problem-solver who enjoys a fast-paced environment. A friendly hello and an extra helping hand are second nature to you. Have a great interest in food and selling products? Awesome! Previous retail experience – even better!
We believe you:
• Have a high school education and speak Swedish fluently. Since our customers speak multiple languages, it's fantastic if you do too.
• Love meeting customers and believe service should be genuine and engaging
• Enjoy doing things together and contribute energy and joy
• Are curious, solution-oriented, and recognize when something needs to be done without fear of rolling up your sleeves
