Do you love food and are you ready for a career where people are at the center? At City Gross, everything we do is about helping and inspiring our customers to enjoy a better everyday life. Our heart beats a little extra for fresh produce, and we believe in people. We believe we become better when we have diverse backgrounds and experiences. Whether you are showcasing freshly harvested vegetables, cutting a perfect piece of meat, ensuring the shelves are always well-stocked, or creating campaigns that meet our customers' needs, everyone here is united by one reason: to create an outstanding customer experience.
Position: Permanent employment for 25 hours per week, with a probationary period applicable.
Start date: December 15, 2025, or as agreed.
Working hours: Early mornings, late evenings, and weekends are a natural part of the job.
You put the finishing touch on the customer experience
You have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our customers' visits, which is why you have an important mission to make the customer experience smooth and pleasant. This can involve a friendly smile, an unexpected question, or a helpful attitude. You will ensure that the customer leaves satisfied – ideally with an extra item in their bag and a good feeling!
What will you do?
- Every day brings new encounters and challenges, but some of your main tasks will include:
- Ensuring that customers leave the store with a smile (and perhaps an extra item or new inspiration)
- Working with e-commerce picking, orders, and service at pickup
- Handling cashier duties, restocking products, and creating a pleasant store environment with order and tidiness
- Collaborating with colleagues throughout the store – we are a team and help out where needed!
Who are you?
You are a natural problem solver who enjoys a fast-paced environment. A friendly hello and an extra helping hand are second nature to you. Do you have a strong interest in food and selling products? Great! If you have worked with e-commerce before – even better!
We believe that you:
- Have a high school education and are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. Since our customers speak multiple languages, it’s fantastic if you do too.
- Love meeting customers and believe that service should be genuine and engaging
- Enjoy working together and contribute energy and joy
- Are curious, solution-oriented, and see when something needs to be done, not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get it done!
What do you get?

Affordable grocery package – You receive employee discounts on everything from luxurious weekend dinners to quick everyday lifesavers.
