About the Job
Position: Permanent employment, 20 hours per week, probationary period applies.
Start Date: 2025-12-29 or by agreement.
Work Hours: Early morning, late evening, and weekend shifts are a natural part of the work.
You Put the Finishing Touch on Customer Experience
You have the chance to make a significant impact on our customers' visits, so you have an important mission in making the customer experience smooth and pleasant. This might mean a friendly smile, an unexpected question, or a helpful attitude. You should ensure the customer leaves satisfied - preferably with an extra item in their bag and a good feeling!
What Will You Do?
Every day brings new encounters and challenges, but some of your main tasks are:
• Ensuring customers leave the store with a smile (and perhaps an extra item or new inspiration)
• Work with e-commerce picking, orders, and pickup service
• Work at the cash register, restock products, and create a pleasant store environment with order and cleanliness
• Collaborate with colleagues throughout the store – we are a team and help where needed!
Who Are You?
You are a natural problem-solver who enjoys a dynamic environment. A friendly hello and an extra helping hand are a given for you. Do you have a great interest in food and selling products? Fantastic! If you've previously worked with e-commerce – even better!
We believe you:
• Have a high school education and are fluent in Swedish. Since our customers speak more languages, it's fantastic if you do too.
• Love meeting customers and believe service should be genuine and engaging
• Enjoy doing things together and contribute energy and joy
• Are curious, solution-oriented, and see when something needs to be done and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get it done!
