About the Job
Position: Temporary position for 20 hours per week until June 1, 2026.
Start date: By agreement.
Working hours: Early mornings, late evenings, and weekends are a natural part of the job.
We welcome applicants of all ages, but due to the Work Environment Act, you must be at least 18 years old to work in the Fish and Deli department.
You put the finishing touch on the customer experience
You have the chance to make a significant impact on our customers' visits, so you have an important role in making the customer experience smooth and enjoyable. This can involve a friendly smile, an unexpected question, or a helpful attitude to guide the customer in the store. You will ensure that the customer leaves satisfied – ideally with an extra item in their bag and a good feeling!
What Will You Do?
Every day brings new encounters and challenges, but some of your main tasks will include:
• Ensuring that customers leave the store with a smile (and perhaps an extra item or new inspiration).
• Working with customer service and sales over the counter in our manual fish and deli department.
• Restocking products and creating a pleasant store environment with order and tidiness.
• Collaborating with colleagues throughout the store – we are a team and help out wherever needed!
Who Are You?
You are a natural problem solver who enjoys a fast-paced environment. A friendly hello and an extra helping hand are second nature to you. Do you have a strong interest in food and enjoy sharing tips and ideas? Great! If you have previously worked in fish and deli or are trained as a cold kitchen chef – even better!
We believe that you:
• Have a high school education and are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. Since our customers speak multiple languages, it’s fantastic if you do too.
• Love meeting customers and believe that service should be genuine and engaging.
• Enjoy working together and contribute energy and joy.
• Are curious, solution-oriented, and see when something needs to be done, not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get it done!
