Retail Sales Associate (Bicycles & Garden Equipment)

Are you social, enjoy talking to people, and have an interest in bicycles and garden machinery? We are seeking a driven and service-oriented sales associate who wants to help develop our store. Here, you'll meet customers who need everything from new bicycles to spare parts and garden equipment. About the Role: • Selling bicycles, garden machinery, accessories, and spare parts • Helping customers find the right products based on their needs • Maintaining order and creating an inspiring store environment • Collaborating with the workshop during incoming and outgoing items We believe you are: • Self-driven and proactive • Have a good sense of customer interaction • Reliable, positive, and enjoy creating satisfied customers • Interested in bicycles, gardening, and technology • Not afraid to pitch in when needed and who enjoys maintaining a good pace and getting things done Requirements: • Possess at least a B driver's license • Proficient in Swedish (spoken and written) For us, who you are is just as important as what you can do. We primarily work during our business hours: weekdays 9:00 AM–6:00 PM and Saturdays 10:00 AM–1:00 PM, but work outside these hours may occur if needed. For the right person, we would like to offer a permanent position with a 6-month probationary period. If we don't find the perfect match immediately, we're happy to start with a part-time position – and if the will and commitment are there, it can grow into a full-time position.
