Coop Växjö Kristinatorget is a well-established and appreciated store with a good assortment and a clear ecological profile. Our opening hours are 7 AM to 10 PM Monday to Friday and 8 AM to 10 PM Saturday and Sunday to provide excellent accessibility for our customers. The store currently employs 9 staff members working in various capacities.
We are looking for someone who is positive, driven, and passionate about providing our customers with the best service in the industry. Furthermore, you are responsible, proactive, and motivated by new challenges. The position is well-suited for those studying who wish to have a part-time job alongside their main occupation.
As a store salesperson, you will be the face of the store, professionally providing our customers with the best service while spreading joy and energy. To succeed in the role of salesperson with us, we see that you are a strong team player, ambitious, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and feel confident in stressful situations.
Your tasks will vary and include all types of work typically found in a store, such as restocking grocery and fresh produce, as well as cashier duties and customer service.
This advertisement is for a permanent part-time position of 5 hours per week with scheduled work every other weekend. There is an opportunity for additional hours beyond the fixed schedule. A probationary period will apply. Desired start date is early January 2026. Recruitment is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

- Proficient Swedish in both spoken and written form is a requirement.
- Must be at least 18 years old at the start of employment as you will need to work independently at the register.
- Previous experience in retail, especially in grocery stores, is an advantage.
- Previous cashier experience is a plus.
