Are you a cheerful and positive person who is passionate about food, sales, and top-notch service? Then you might be exactly who we are looking for!
We are currently seeking a new team member for our store Coop Västervik Folkparksvägen. We want applicants to have a good initiative and a positive energy that is contagious, to recognize customer needs, and to deliver the industry's best customer service with pride and joy.
As a person, you are creative and eager to contribute suggestions and ideas, and you find it easy to work in a team. You have an eye for detail and are committed to creating a welcoming, sales-driven, and inspiring store. You are driven by challenges, see opportunities, and have a desire to continuously develop and improve both the business and yourself.
You will be working with all common tasks in the store, such as:
- Working at the checkout
- Restocking shelves and fronting products
- Creating displays on sales tables and end caps
- Managing inventory and waste
- Conducting quality controls
- Keeping the store clean and tidy
Together with your colleagues, you will be the face of the store, and for you, the customer is number one. You easily build long-term customer relationships and have the ability to inspire customers to enjoy shopping. You thrive on being active and working with your body. Working in a store offers you a varied job in a sometimes fast-paced environment, and it is important that you feel comfortable handling stressful situations.
